The thing is, my husband’s numbers for the company are at an all time high. They were Operating Branch of The Year.

But still the Monster keeps finding any little thing to pick on. My husband went to HR about the comments. He also called Corp HR, and the response was…Go out and have a drink or two and clear the air.

My husband didn’t think drinking was going to help, so he tried on a Friday to address the constant nit-picking with the Monster. Well, in a rage….the Monster’s reply was, “What are you gay or something?”

My husband was more confused than ever…but he kept doing his job and putting up with the Monster’s treatment and comments.
