		<description>Shiloh,  Based on what you have said in your comment, it&#039;s not yet to the level of hostile work environment based on your disability.  However, they are violating your medical privacy rights.  You are totally justified in asking them to *only* discuss you medical issues with you in a private office or conference room, doors closed.  If you send your boss an email to this effect (be sure to sound calm, professional, and reasonable) then your email will serve as one more piece of evidence in your favor (especially if he does it again).  You might want to learn about FMLA too, which might serve you well. Once you&#039;ve been there 12 months you&#039;ll be eligible.</description>

		<description>Before I starting working at my current employer I had a run of misfortune and loss which resulted in a panick disorder. It was however manageable. I am now with this company for 11 months I am feeling worse. I am constanty put down. I am supposed to ask my mentor/peer if I dont understand something, yet all questions are reported to my manager then I am asked why would I ask something I should know. Finally I stated to my manager in confidence that I have a nervous condition, when I am under pressure, I tend to ask rather than make a mistake which would cost the company. I was given a hotline to call for counseling. The next day my mentor/peer (the reporter of my questions) seemed to know of my confidential conversation with my manager, she acted like she was trying to be my friend and casualy brought up the subject of how stressful it is at work..hoping I would comment,  I did not. 
Today my manager called me in to discuss what sensitive issues in his cublicle. He was recapping past conversations about what my doctor is doing with my medication etc etc... There was no privacy at all. I feel like they want me to quit my job and just walk away
 Is this considered a hostile work enviroment?</description>
