I suggest you get a copy of your file, then make a list of all the documents you think are missing.</description>

Can an employer legally confiscate or dispose of employment related personal documentation, including employee evaluations, workshop and conference attendance, certificates showing continuing education units, etc., without notifying an employee about this prior to the handling of the documentation or giving him the opportunity to retrieve this documentation.

I would appreciate someone&#039;s opinion about this.
