Hey guys I finally got my decision in the mail and for the THIRD time in a row I beat my employer. The judge said my mistakes were more poor performance but not misconduct. Im just glad that justice has been served and that the good guys won despite all the lies and deceivery displayed by my former employee. I just want to say thanks to everyone on here who gave me all the good advice. I also hope my story of victory brightens the hopes of anyone else here who is currently going through the same ordeal as I went. So thanks everyone again CUZ WE BEAT EM WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

I *finally* have my unemployment hearing scheduled for next Friday, November 6th. I have been copying anything I think my attorney is going to want to see - especially the email where my ex-sup LIED to the senior union rep about not taking me off the email group for mandatory trainings, unit meetings, high importance program change updates, etc as well as copies of emails former co-workers gave me that CLEARLY SHOW I was NOT on the email contact list for her or her "pet" leadworker..........I also have former co-workers who have volunteered to right statements for me about what a good worker I was........
