I just checked, and there is no action, and no investigation on the fake MD's license. It's like he's right. The Board really doesn't care that he posed as an MD?

Post Count: 23I'm going to be upfront with you guys and tell you, I don't trust psychiatrists. I'm trying to get one put back on the Megan's Law list. He got into trouble for trying to fly a minor over state lines to have sex with her, to show her what it meant be a woman. This man's daughter was a truly twisted human being when I unfortunately encountered her, but after her Dad was caught, I could see why. However, his sob story about how his being on the Megan's Law list was "humiliating for his family" got him off the list. I know for a fact this guy has some very long standing problems, and he belongs on that list. The fact that anyone can get themselves off the list is pretty creepy to begin with.

It is lethal and scary when someone in the medical field has the power to change your whole life as can be imagined the scenarios where this would/could/does happen.
Its a tough lesson in life to live your life trusting in certain people to only learn that that a TITLE means ZILCH , they can be as rotten,deceiving as the best of them yet HIDE behind those same titles !
Your eyes have seen and so you know...

Post Count: 23Lulu, this Accusation will go on the Internet as an Accusation Filed. There are people who read that every month, and it will come up when my name is Googled, as a pdf file. What the Accusation says is that the Board received "information" that led them to believe I need psychiatric evaluations, and that I would not cooperate. Any time I try to get a job, this will come up. And, I am not happy in my present job. I have already been pressured to work 13 days in a row with no day off, twice, and there are many days when I get no lunch break. I make $17 an hour now, as an RN, when I was making $50 an hour, before, working for the fake MD. That is, the RN who posed as an MD, whose friends who owned the company went right along with it.
I have, maybe a week, at most, before the October 2009 "Disciplinary Actions" are posted on the Internet. Then my life as I knew it is over.
Is anyone reading this grossed out that I was accused of going to watch a former patient be cut open, and nobody that my taxes pay to protect me (the Board, their investigators) actually tried to check out that maybe I was innocent?
I'm not going for an "evaluation" to be found as a (just as an example) "borderline personality with aspects of pathological lying" or some such. This man posing as an MD really happened, and it should not be swept under the rug.
The other thing is, they want me to pay for it. I was grilled by two investigators who asked me questions, for three hours, using a variety of investigative techniques. I've done enough research to know that they probably cost $180 per hour, so that's $360 an hour times three hours, or $1,080. I will be billed for the attorney time, and the paralegal time. That's before the evaluations, which I will not attend.
I don't know how they plan to get any money. Garnishing $17 an hour is pretty tough. I guess they plan to ruin my credit, send me to prison, or attach my small retirement. It's all pretty daunting.
All I know is that I have to file a Notice of Defense, and I don't know how.
If I don't file the Notice of Defense, the decision is made without me.
Someone has decided to lie about me and make me pay, and the government is going right along with it.

Post Count: 443HH do you have anybody, a co-worker who can probably offer support back you up or say they too agree with you on turning in Fake MD to the Doctors Liscencing Board? It is just so hard for me to grasp that a medical facility would be so crooked and evil! After all people come to you/them to prolong their lives or assistance in time of human-caused/enherited pain and suffering! I use to have this high esteem for people on medical fields, now I'm not quite sure what to think.
Recovering and you,HH put a stamp on the ALREADY phobia against THOSE.......I shouldn't be trusting anyone who grab my arm and prick a needle in my vein for blood?!!??!! I have my share of bad experience with hospitals and I am trying to put those experiences behind me, but now it all came back. Who can we trust in this crazy, crazy/wicked world?
HH- I think you should PM Curt and ask his opinion on your case. They can't ruin your reputation because that would be slander/libel against the whole establishment. But what do I know. The child molester should be hang.....and that's my opinion as a molested child....Megan's Law and his face in the list of offenders is not enough. He should be castrated! Post Count: 443HH, that's a start! Assure her that it's the right thing to do. This Fake/Quack? MD needs to be stopped before he can seriously hurt anyone. Get that person thru his conscience by saying "we will not be able to forgive ourselves if we do nothing". I will ask him/her to e-mail you what s/h know and asssure her that you will not reveal the identity. Always use the WE and US while convincing this person to tell the TRUTH.

Post Count: 23Well, today a former co-worker of FakeDoctor's called me. I had tracked him down through the many small claims cases FakeDoctor liked to file, even though most of the cases did not go his way. He sure was litigious!
Anyway, this man had gotten a settlement and could not talk to me. That was a bummer. He had signed a confidentiality agreement. A confidentiality agreement about wrongdoing involving an RN. That's a first, so far as I've seen.
So I was bummed and then one of my present supervisors called (today is Saturday). Unfortunately, I have had to tell my present job about this, because they like to schedule up to a month in advance and I have NO idea what will happen to me.
So my supervisor said she would be sure to personally get my recent employee evaluation to me ASAP on Monday. I sure would love to see that because as far as I know, it was pretty good. They have been pretty nice to me at work.
I have to go try to get some stuff done but tonight I'm going to keep organizing my paperwork. Like, I need to type up all the lawsuits he's filed, which is what one attorney I consulted suggested. There are like 17 small claims lawsuits. It's unbelievable. Most of them are ridiculous. Like, he was willing to settle for three dollars an hour in wages from some of the people he brought over from Southeast Asia. They came over, at least one of them, thinking they were working for an MD. Now, for whatever reason, they won't go any farther to prosecute him.
This is SUCH a weird situation that I wish I'd never worked there!

Post Count: 23Lulu, the MEDICAL Board is fine, except they have closed the case on him and maybe purged it, by now. He is also a Registered Nurse and they so far have done NOTHING to him, or his co-workers who owned the place where he was working. THAT is the hurtful part and the part that flatly hurts my chest. I have a wonderful doctor who says that the tightness in my chest is normal and that my heart is fine. My chest is tight because this is stressful, but I'm not in danger of a heart attack. Just heartache.

A chiropractor taught me to take several deep breathing exercise each day to help open up my rib cage. It works! I also learned to give myself a break.....quiet time to just close my eyes and relax ny mind. Curts latest podcast with Doctor Leithing(spell check)is a PLUS too! Have you listened to it?
That Fake Doctor hired the Southeast Asians(do u mean Vietnamese?)workers maybe because they too have not taken the Medical Board Exam here in the US. One can be a Registered Nurse in other countries(example:Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea,etc.)But, once they get here in United States they will have to take the Nursing Board Exam and pass it before they can be a USRN......I am pretty sure Doctors do as well! I knew friends that could't pass the tests so they settle for lower wages working as nurse assistats and I am betting endure abuse and bulleying too by someone like Fake Doctor. Post Count: 23Msliberated, I PM'd you. It is hard, because I feel like if I post it to the forum, that it looks like I'm the "R" word against people from that country. And, that is one of the accusations (except it's about a nurse from yet another country).
The only reason I knew she was from anywhere else is because she was talking on her cellphone in her language, at work, and I have some experience with several languages. My grandmother was 1/2 Polish and those borders changed all the time. Also, in Europe it's pretty common to be bilingual or even tri or quadrilingual. I sang in French for the Junior Miss Pageant in High School; I took French in High School, German in college, and I have been speaking Spanish since the 7th grade. Half my family is Italian, so I speak a little of that. I have been trying to learn some Russian, and I know maybe ten words in Chinese, but I'm not sure if it's Cantonese or Mandarin, since I was collecting fortune cookie papers, and learned it from there.
A little story here...
One time I had a fortune cookie paper that said "tai tai" meant "wife" in Chinese. I had a patient whose husband had put her in a nursing home, then divorced her and married a much younger woman. The ex-wife was devastated. She was hitting everyone and refusing to eat or take her meds. So I went in to talk to her and softly said, "tai tai". She looked at me a little bit and I sadly said "tai tai" and she said it back and looked like she was going to cry. So I said it again but stronger this time. I'm pretty sure in Asian languages there is a lot of importance on the tone of how the word is said. So she said it stronger, too, like she knew I was acknowledging WHO she was. She was this man's WIFE. She had cooked and cleaned and done all the things to make him successful and then she was worn down and abandoned. But no way did she want to be forgotten for who she was. Anyway, she let me hug her and she got "better" after that, but I have always been a strong advocate of getting translators for people, especially when they were hurting, and the nursing home had not done that. One fortune cookie paper was all it took. After that they did get someone after I pointed out to administration that what she was feeling was normal and we didn't want to see her decline because she felt alone and unappreciated.
Anyway, back to my problem.
It is sad that I know only a little Polish, but I and my family assimilated. I do know, though, that when I am upset, I dream in Polish. I'm sure a psychiatrist would have a field day with that, but it is one of my comfort languages. I should not be psychoanalyzed for being who I AM, even if it's just in my sleep, and during the day I try to get along with everyone else. Thank God I'm not accused of being the "R" word against anyone who speaks Spanish; that would be probably the most incredibly ludicrous thing they could say. On a good day, I can read it upside down if I'm reading a storybook to children (volunteer work) and I always get compliments on my accent.
No, it's yet a fourth country I'm being accused of being the "R" word about; this is looking more and more like what people got accused of before they got sent off to labor camps. I'm trying not to think that the only job I will be able to get will involve cleaning public bathrooms, but I think that's my attacker's plan.

I know a little Spanish from classes I took in high school and I also know some of the derogatory slang Spanish words for women. They would start talking Spanish in front of the women and use VERY VULGAR words. I nailed them one night over it and it finally stopped because they *knew* they could get fired for what they were saying and they *never* realized anyone knew what they were saying.

Especially where I worked, mostly men they'll (the nasty ones) start babbling my language that they so "proudly" learn from another idiot,...... before they can even clarify the right pronounciation from me I flatly will tell them not to continue if it's vulgar words because it's usually what people try to learn first( ignorant ones) Why can't we just share our language, the proper ones and be proud of it instead of making fun of it!(grrrr).......
