But after seeing my own family member get abused and fired by a horrible boss, I’m changing sides to help individuals from here on out, not companies. Now with the Undercover Lawyer on your side, you have someone who has advised big business on employment issues, and who has presented over 50 seminars to supervisors at large organizations on all aspects of employment law. I have a B.A., a J.D., and a M.A. My graduate degrees come from Yale and the University of California. I have taught business law to MBA students for the last five years while maintaining a busy law practice. I also have a wife, two kids and a dog (a goldfish won at a school fair recently died).

I’ve spent nearly 25 years as a professional in the Human Resources field, working for both small and large businesses in every type of position. My experience includes counseling and training both managers and employees on employment law issues like FMLA, ADA, and ADEA. I have degrees in Human Resources and Political Science. I’ve been the victim of bullying and retaliation myself and finding this website opened my eyes to just how many employees are mistreated by employers. I thought I worked for the most wonderful employer in the world – until my own boss conspired with her boss to retaliate against me for my own whistleblowing activities. Then all bets were off! Fortunately, I know how to deal with bullies, discrimination and harassment, and I’m thrilled to be able to share my knowledge with all of you. I have a wonderful husband, five terrific kids, two wonderful sons-in-law, three awesome grandsons, a spoiled dog, a superior, cranky cat and a charmed life. I want for nothing.
